Team Effectiveness    

This session is a continuation of the self-leadership process and allows for exploration of new intentions, habits and purpose and we continue the journey of understanding each other.

We move from a group to a team – with a good understanding of the individuals as well as the team vision and objectives.

This session also focuses on Executive / Management presence, situational leadership, delegation, communication, confrontation conversations, building trust and identifying other developmental areas such as diversity and fairness.
