Coming out of the workshop I now understand how my beliefs, emotions and thought processes affect my ability as a leader. At the workshop, I learned how to make use of tools that allow me to be more effective. The workshop focused me on my role of ensuring the success of the organisation and how understanding this role will allow me to lead my people more effectively.
