iWAM Assessment 

 [The Inventory of Work, Attitudes and Motivators]

iWAM is not a personality profile. It is a system that provides a window into the intrinsic motivations and attitudes of people at work.  iWAM measures and describes 48 motivations and attitudes that impact on a person’s performance at work.

This is an online assessment that takes 35 – 45 minutes to complete. Once reports are available, a one-hour feedback session will be conducted with each participant and developmental areas will be identified and agreed.

Individual, team, and leadership reports are available. 

This also supports the individuals in the team to understand how others operate and how to allocate work effectively depending on the individual’s identified strengths.

360 Assessment 

This assessment can be customized to include the following:

• Values

• Trust

• Competencies

• Behaviours

This is an online assessment is customized and then sent to the individual as well as to their manager, direct reports, and peers for completion. This assessment takes 15 to 20 minutes to complete.

All requests for feedback and responses will be consolidated by VYANZO and once reports are available, a one-hour feedback session will be conducted with each participant and developmental areas will be identified and agreed. 

This assessment will be conducted at the start and end of the intervention to evaluate the success and possible focus areas going forward.
